Need to return a product? No problem!

Hopefully you’ll never need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this process as easy as possible.

Please Note :
Unfortunately, we will not be able to credit carriage for goods returned due to wrong size ordered.

If you are exchanging a product, you will need to pay for postage on the replacement item. You can do that on the following pages :

Once you complete the form, you will receive an email to the email address provided.

Please print the email and return it with your goods.

Please remember to include any pertinent details about the item you are exchanging, and any preference on an exchange item, i.e. new size.

Return Item :

    Don't forget to buy Return Postage if you are exchanging an item.

    Please note : failure to complete all required fields will result in return not being processed.


    Faulty Goods

    Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt by contacting our customer services team on 01942 887920. Items over 30 days old are covered by the manufactures warranty and unless stated otherwise you need to contact the manufacturer in the event of defects.
