P.I.M is a one component injection mortar designed to prevent rising damp in walls; A blend of Ordinary Portland cement, selected fine quartz aggregates and active waterproofing chemicals which, when mixed with water, create a smooth slurry; P.I.M is activated by a chemical reaction between moisture in the structure and waterproofing chemicals in the mortar, which forms a crystallline growth that blocks the pores, capillaries and fine cracks in the structure; P.I.M is suitable for injection in most types of construction, especially thick or random rubble filled walls; It is odourless and gives off no toxic vapours.
