Hack off plaster to 900mm. |

Apply PAM waterproof membrane to exposed masonry using PAM membrane plugs to secure. | |

Apply 6 x 3 x 3/8 plaster- board on top of the membrane using PAM membrane plugs to secure. Leave 25mm gap at the bottom to allow air movement. | |

Skim with board finish or multi-finish until level with existing plaster. | |
5 |
Fix skirting board as normal. | |
